  4.  Added /DUPEF command which will check for duplicate files throughout
  5.  your entire file database. (All areas).

  7.  Changed /DUPE command to /DUPEU so it's not confused with the new
  8.  /DUPEF command. /DUPEU checks for duplicate users.

  10.  Fixed the bug that would cause duplicate users to show more than once.
  11.  Each duplicate user is only shown once now unless more than 1 match
  12.  is found.

  14.  Changed the way the /USERS is displayed and printed.

  16.  Added /INFO command which will display some basic information about
  17.  your BBS. (ie. total calls, BBS name, Sysop name, total files, total
  18.  file bytes....).
